校董会由七名成员组成, 在社区学院区无党派选举产生，任期六年. 在偶数年份，选举在11月的第一个星期二举行. 任期从1月10日开始. 1 to Dec. 31. 任何居住在社区大学区内的合格选民都有资格被选为理事会成员. 董事会的每一位成员都有义务出席董事会会议, both regular and special; to perform special responsibilities as authorized by the board and recommended by the president or chairperson, to support the best interests of the College; and to faithfully represent the district in all matters before the public.
董事会管理人员由董事长、副董事长各一人(由董事会成员兼任)组成。. 管理人员应由董事会选举产生，任期两年，在奇数年选举. 董事会四名成员的过半数即为法定人数. 除非董事会成员在董事会会议上以过半数投票通过，并就此作出适当记录，否则任何行为均属无效. 校董会应按照第2号法案的规定召开会议和开展业务. 1976年密歇根州公共法案，公开会议法案.
